Parent Role (Secondary)

Through the Privacy Shield, Primary Contacts can give rights to their profile to a Secondary Contact. A Secondary Contact in one family can be a Primary Contact in another. The following access can be given to Secondary Contacts.

Profile Data

Let the second parent, grandparents, doctors, etc. help keep the profile data up to date.

Pay in Primary Ledger

A designated secondary contact can pay into the primary contact’s ledger.

Journal

Assigned grandparents and secondary contacts can view children’s journals and participate in their development.

Photos

Assigned contacts can log in, view shared photos, and download them into their albums.

Chat

Assigned contacts can participate in the chat and interact with the teachers and the other contacts.
